One month down

As of September 7, 2017 we have been gone for one month.

3 countries.

5 cities.

3 airplanes.

2 trains.

Innumerable taxis.

Miles of walking.

One. Whole. Month.

It doesn’t feel like that long, yet so much has happened. Time moves so fast when everything is new and everyday you are learning the ins and outs of a new place. We are now settled in an apartment in Taichung (thanks to Robert’s hard work), ready to hang out here for a while (sort of).

For our one-month travel-versary, I asked if any of the kids wanted to write a little something about their stay so far and the usual suspects responded (apparently my teen has better things to do, and my 3-year-olds don’t care). I thought the girlies (especially Miss M) might have a lot of complaints, but the reviews were mostly favorable.

For the next week, I will be publishing their (short, but sweet) posts, totally their own thoughts, in completely their own words (which involves more talk of Legos than you would expect). Enjoy!
